Responsibilities:
- handle customer service queries from bloggers and advertisers
- provide first level tech support
- assist the U.S.-based customer service and sales team in technical issues
- work as the liaison with the development team
- participate in testing new service modules
Expectations: - technophile: you do not need to be a programmer but you have to have a flair for technology and the internet
- accuracy with good attention to details

- excellent – and fast – written communication skills
- ability to multitask and manage your own time, prioritizing workload effectively
