Responsibilities:

  • handle customer service queries from bloggers and advertisers
  • provide first level tech support
  • assist the U.S.-based customer service and sales team in technical issues
  • work as the liaison with the development team
  • participate in testing new service modules
Expectations:
  • technophile: you do not need to be a programmer but you have to have a flair for technology and the internet
  • accuracy with good attention to details
  • articulate
  • excellent – and fast – written communication skills
  • ability to multitask and manage your own time, prioritizing workload effectively
  • afternoon and evening working hours to accommodate U.S. daytime
  • SUPER fluent and articulate in English; native speakers especially welcome to apply
  • longevity
  • no relevant work experience is required – but you have to convince us that you are an excellent communicator, a quick learner and will be able to get up to speed quickly
